Position: Business Development Manager – Fire & Security
Location: Fully Remote with Travel round Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
- Professionally represent the company’s brand and successfully sell the Company’s fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
- Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
- Attend appointments to sell the company’s products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
- Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
- Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Design and quote tailored solutions for clients in the Fire & Security sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of up to £55,000
- On Target Earnings – Circa £70,000
- Company Vehicle or Car Allowance (candidate preference)
- Attractive commission structure
- Fully remote working environment with travel to customer sites.
