Location: Aldermaston, Reading – 3 days per week minimum

* STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT LEVELS AT ALL LEVELS – internal/external (written and verbal)
* POWER BI – DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM OF A YEAR
* SHAREPOINT – Knowledge of SharePoint lists, how to put them together and how to manipulate them.
* MS PACKAGE – GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND USE
* AT LEAST 1 -2 YEARS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
* GOVERMENTAL ORGANISATION – HIGHLY DESIRBLE but not ESSENTIAL
* NO SPECIFIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE PROVIDING TRANSFERRABLE SKILLS
* ABILITY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provides complex analysis of governance, reporting outputs and programmatic data to track key activities, plans, budgets, issues, and risks across all the AWE portfolios.
* Analyses the portfolio to maintain a integrated view of the key risks and issues across the AWE Enterprise and recommends effective actions to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
* Analyses and evaluates portfolio data to identify discrepancies, trends, exceptions, and opportunities.
* Highlights interdependencies and conflicts between business as usual and the portfolio and recommends courses of remedial action.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads reporting from programmes and projects and provides analysis, insight, and recommendation of decisions for improved of performance of the portfolio.
* Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
* Recognise and track interdependencies across the AWE Enterprise.
* Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate.
* Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Using programmatic data develop predictive analytics to optimise project performance.
