Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I joined Concept in November 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant in the field engineering team after 10 years in High Street recruitment. I initially focused on sourcing service staff for the MPS industry but then soon found my niche in Software Solutions within this arena. As well as MPS I also recruit technical roles within the Medical, Domestic Appliance and Retail IT industries. My level of experience allows me to understand recruitment as a whole, so makes me a versatile consultant.

Concept is an excellent independent business built by professionals and experts in their own niche. It has allowed me to be successful using my own initiative and passion.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I have two teenage children and enjoy spending time with them. I also enjoy fitness and go to the gym regularly. I’m a bit of a socialite and love going out with friends and a coffee and cake afternoon!
