Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I started my recruitment journey back in 2017 after a successful career in the retail sector. Iโ€™ve always focused on international appointments covering Americas, EMEA and APAC territories. Having worked in multiple bespoke environments alongside owning my own business, I then took the opportunity to join Concept 3 months ago to scale their international arm of business.

Why Concept?

The roadmap ahead for Concept was too big of an opportunity to turn down. I also found great cultural alignment. We are all on the same page, looking to achieve great things together in a collaborative environment.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

You will probably find me in the gym if weโ€™re talking first thing in the morning. The international market often demands working later into the evening. That said, any downtime I do get will often involve a city break, football, fine dining, or a holiday in the sunshine.
