Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I started my recruitment journey back in 2017 after a successful career in the retail sector. I’ve always focused on international appointments covering Americas, EMEA and APAC territories. Having worked in multiple bespoke environments alongside owning my own business, I then took the opportunity to join Concept 3 months ago to scale their international arm of business.

Why Concept?

The roadmap ahead for Concept was too big of an opportunity to turn down. I also found great cultural alignment. We are all on the same page, looking to achieve great things together in a collaborative environment.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

You will probably find me in the gym if we’re talking first thing in the morning. The international market often demands working later into the evening. That said, any downtime I do get will often involve a city break, football, fine dining, or a holiday in the sunshine.
