Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
In 2017, I started off my Recruitment career, eventually finding my place at Concept in 2021. From my early days as a trainee industrial Recruiter specialising in Engineering & Manufacturing progressing through to a Senior Consultant. Every day brings a fresh set of challenges, and I thrive on surpassing our clients' expectations by uncovering truly exceptional candidates.
