Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I spent 5 years with a FTSE 250 recruiter before I joined Concept as a Senior Manager of our Engineering and P&S divisions. After a successful 5 years with Concept, I was recently promoted to Operating Director managing Engineering, Corporate Functions, Sales and our International teams. I lead on strategy, people development and productivity across my teams.
Why Concept?
Concept offered me an attractive opportunity to develop my career and truly be involved in business decision making. Culturally the business really fits my ethos of hard work, reward and enjoyment. We're an ambitious business that's constantly seeking to improve and I love playing a part in that journey.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Anything sport related... I'm a golf addict and love pretty much anything competitive. I'm a new dad and dog lover so when not playing golf I'm normally out on a Team Horrocks dog walk.
