Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I joined Concept back in 2007 with no prior recruitment experience. Within 2 years I’d gained lots of experience and was promoted through the career path up to Principal Consultant as a result of billing over £250,000 and expanding our recruitment offering into new sectors.
Why Concept?
I have an excellent work life balance working for Concept which is great being a busy working mum. I love that Concept are a specialist agency too which has successfully grown within the past 14 years with an excellent reputation in our sectors .
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Spending time with my family and friends and engaging in fitness activities when I can.
