Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I joined the business in 2017 having come from another sales recruiter with 10 years previous experience. I’ve quickly been welcomed into the team and am expanding our current offering of Sales personnel to the international Technology market.

Why Concept?

I must really love recruitment because I’ve been doing it for over 10 years! One of the major factors for me is dealing with people from all different walks of life and cultural backgrounds. Speaking to international candidates has really increased my knowledge of cultures across the globe and I’m proud to be able to say that I have placed a candidate on every continent.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I play rugby and am captain of my local rugby team, Handsworth Rugby Club. As a sports fan I’m also a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion and like to attend as many matches as I can.

If you were a film character who would you be?

I’d have to say Gandalf because I feel like I’ve been in recruitment for such a long time and I’m constantly making miracles happen.
