Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I joined Concept 3 years ago, with 22 years IT/Tech/Creative recruitment experience. I work across Development, design, production and Product roles, having a hands on approach to managing my team. I'm very passionate about our market as the technical stacks constantly change, new frameworks, design packages so I'm always keen to find out what the latest technical trend is.
Why Concept?
Concept gave me the opportunity to work outside of my comfort zone and to explore new ways of working. They are forward thinking with new approaches and have a true team environment.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time I love to make novelty cakes, my favourite so far being a 3D Paddington Bear! I'm also a Girl Guiding unit member, so I'm part of the permanent team and enjoy the weekly learning activity sessions in addition to our trips away!
