Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
Having joined Concept back in 2021 in my first recruitment role what attracted me to recruitment was the ability to deal with a whole variety of different people, in different stages of their sales career. Working closely with candidates to understand their needs/wants, aligning them with the right company to provide them the best platform/environment for success.
Why Concept?
I've been familiar with Concept for quite some time, and I've witnessed the company undergo substantial growth and transformation in the past decade. When a friend joined the company, it became evident that Concept's vision closely resonated with mine. Concept presented an enticing prospect to be a part of a dynamic organization that boasts impressive knowledge, expertise, and a strong reputation.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my free time, I'm all about keeping things real and fun. I hit the weights to stay strong, swing some golf clubs for kicks, indulge in some seriously good eats because who can resist delicious food, and, of course, I hang out with my awesome daughters – they're my world!
