Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I joined Concept in May 2018 as a recent university graduate with prior experience in technology recruitment and sales, forming part of the newly established Milton Keynes branch. During my time I’ve had the fortune to support clients from established global players in the industry to fast-scaling startups, and assist talented individuals secure the next step in their career.

Concept are a company with high ambitions that can provide me with the resources I need to offer the best service to my clients. They are currently in a time of expansion and excited to be part of the team.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I try and stay active as much as possible whether it’s football, gym, or golf. I’m also an avid Fulham fan, which has caused me a lot of stress in the past!

If you were a film character who would you be?

Billy Bean from Moneyball – I believe recruitment is all about strategy, whether it’s baseball or IT!
