Are you a successful Business Development Representative? Have you worked with Supply Chain Enterprise Software? My client are looking for a BDR person to remotely cover the Nordic region.

What you will be doing:
- Manage outbound prospecting to maximise conversion and pipeline development:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Track and optimise prospecting efforts to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings and validate sales opportunities for the Account Executives:
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for a sales meeting.
- Schedule meetings and ensure they are productive by validating the prospect’s interest and fit.
- Research target accounts based on their revenue, location, and service strategy:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the target companies financial, geographic presence, and business strategies.
- Use this information to tailor outreach and engagement strategies.
What you’ll need
- Experience with enterprise software or technology organisations.
- At least 1-2 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting or sourcing experience.
- Supply chain, aftermarket and/or service sector experience.
- Fluent English + great presentation skills;
- Strong listening, phone, and written and communication skills. ability, and strong and sincere interest, to explain just about anything to anyone.
- Sincere joy of helping prospects understand our solutions and how they can benefit their business.
- The patience and persistence required to make multiple attempts to reach a single target buyer.
- Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
