Location: Crawley (Hybrid working available after probation)
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 DOE
Bonus: 10% of GP generated, paid monthly
Travel Allowance: £2,400 – £6,400 DOE

Role
As a New Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by proactively acquiring new clients and revitalizing lapsed accounts. You will leverage a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Training:
You will receive personalized training directly from the Owner/Sales Leader, gaining invaluable insights into business operations. This hands-on training over a 6-9-month period will equip you with advanced sales techniques and a deep understanding of our market offerings.
