Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required (including 1 in 4 weekends)

Salary: €34,000 per annum + Overtime (approx. €4,000) + Company Vehicle

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technician to join their team in Roscommon. This role involves servicing and maintaining coffee equipment for a diverse client base, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair coffee equipment, ensuring optimal setup and consistent quality.
• Coordinate with the central call centre to provide timely updates and keep customers informed.
• Follow on-site procedures and safety protocols, conducting necessary risk assessments.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately before leaving the site.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
• Manage spare parts inventory using a hand-held device.

Requirements:

• Experience in coffee and vending machines, white goods, or a similar field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literate with a clean driving license.
• Self-motivated and flexible with work hours and location.
• Full training will be provided.
