Coffee Field Service Engineer
Location: North London
Schedule: 3-Week Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon (12-hour shifts)
- Week 2: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon (12-hour shifts)
- Week 3: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri followed by 6 days off
Salary: Basic up to £34,000 (DOE) + Overtime (Up to £38,000 OTE) + Company Vehicle

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Coffee Equipment Service Technician for their North London team. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing coffee equipment for a wide range of clients, from independent businesses to national brands. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and that clients receive high-quality coffee consistently.
Duties:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on coffee equipment, ensuring all machinery is left in optimal working condition.
- Set up equipment according to specifications, ensuring consistent coffee quality and aiming for a first-time fix.
- Coordinate with the central call centre for daily instructions and keep them updated on job progress.
- Follow on-site arrival procedures and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments as needed.
- Accurately complete all job-related documentation before leaving each site.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle, reporting any issues to your line manager.
- Manage spare parts inventory via a hand-held unit.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and coffee quality.
- Problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer literate with a clean driving license.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
