End User Hardware Specialist – Existing Customers
Summary and Purpose of the Job:
As an End User Hardware Specialist, you will work alongside experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure the retention and growth of our existing customer base. A significant part of your role will involve proactively reaching out to existing customers to encourage them to purchase end-user hardware through . Additionally, you will handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer queries, and provide advice on the best hardware and licensing applications, all while striving to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Proactively calling customers to identify additional product and service needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Responding to customer requests and generating accurate quotations
- Providing feedback and identifying sales opportunities for other specialist roles
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Contributing to sales initiatives related to new products and offers, with timely follow-up
- Preparing accurate sales order documentation
- Staying informed about technological developments to discuss potential benefits with customers
The Successful Candidate will Have:
- Proven success in a targeted sales environment
- Previous experience in an IT environment, an IT qualification, or a keen interest in technology
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- A commitment to delivering first-class customer service
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
What’s on offer?
Salary Range: £27,000 – £32,000, dependent upon experience, plus monthly commission
