Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of complex invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with external suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.
- Manage vendor relationships
- Resolve issues between suppliers, end client and the organisation
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in complex reconciliations ideally in a finance function
- Strong reconciliation skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Willingness to learn and pick up Purchasing and Supplier relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal teams.
- High level proficiency in IT especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
