Senior Account executive , Enterprise Software – Turkey – Istanbull
My client are a Multi Billion turn over Multinational software vendor , which have multiple solutions including Content Management , Archiving , Security among many others. They have been growing year on year and have a turnover greater then $3 billion US
They are looking for a senior software sales person , with a proven track record of business to business sales to the Enterprise sector across the whole of Turkey. Focusing on “Hebrew First” businesses.
General Enterprise clients – everythinng outside of Pub Sec
The role would be a 50/50 split between existing business and renewals
You Are Great At:
- Achieving revenue (software, professional services) on a quarterly bases with predictability
- Solution selling
- Strategic thinking and plan definition
- Added-Value Executive discussions (IT and business)
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders in complex organization
- Masterful in execution, coordinating an extended virtual team
- Inspiring confidence
You will need:
- Customer obsessed with a growth mindset
- Result driven
- Speak and Write Turkish
- Must have working knowledge of selling complex solutions into the enterprise market
- Minimum 5 year of Software , or Complex solution sales experience
- Strategic thinker with consultative capacity
- High communication skills
- Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations with a complex set of customers with international reach
- Expert knowledge in solution value selling
- C-level exposure (with high value for IT and business lines) within the target accounts
