We've hired candidates across technical support, cloud engineering, technical delivery consultancy and leadership roles where the focus is more on the software / people skills rather than the hard / technical. Thus, demonstrating their ability to flex across our technical and more people focused roles. I shared the type of hiring and volume needed to achieve our strategic and growth goals at CDW and Concept were able to meet these capabilities. We are soon to move into our next phase of substantial hiring across our business and I see Concept as a partner of choice moving forwards and following our relatively recent engagement I and my direct reports have begun to build a trusted relationship with the team at Concept or have strengthened the relationship which was already there.
