Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I joined Concept in 2015 as a Candidate Manager within our Project Services team. I progressed to Account Manager, then Principal Account Manager and most recently to Delivery Manager. I love working in the Projects team, its fast paced and people focussed and gives me the opportunity to utilise my organisational skills to ensure the delivery of a project from initial scope to final delivery.
Why Concept?
Concept is an excellent company to work for, despite its growth it still has a family feel. Concept are industry leaders within the Projects space meaning plenty of opportunity for people development.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy going out for food and travelling when I get the opportunity although most of my time is taken up at the moment with my son and my crazy Springer Spaniel
If you were a film character who would you be?
Hermione Granger from Harry Potter, as I'm dedicated, organised and sometimes a little bossy!
