Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

Having joined over a year ago I have already worked on a vast array of projects and helped create new ways of working which has allowed us to enter into new markets

Why Concept?

I first joined due to the idea of the Academy, it is great and will fix so many company’s recruitment issues, I was sold on the idea and was planning to implement it at a previous employer then the opportunity came up to be part of the solution, so I jumped at the chance

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I have a young family so all my spare time is dictated by them, I also coach my sons u8 football team and didn't realise at the time that would turn into a 2nd fulltime job.
