Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I joined Concept back in April 2022 when I was looking for a complete career change, so I went from letting properties to dealing with all things EUC. With no prior recruitment experience, I quickly realised that speaking with new candidates every day and no two days being the same is what I love most about recruitment and account management.

Why Concept?

Within the year and a half of being at Concept, I have realised that I have found what I was looking for in my career change, Concept has great values and a clear career path so you can work hard for what you want to achieve. The work-life balance that you get here is also rewarding which means I now get to spend more time at home with my family.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy holidaying in at least 1 new destination each year. I am also partial to a weekend break here and there and trying new restaurants! Weekends are always busy and filled with plans with family and friends
