Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I started in recruitment in Birmingham city centre 18 months stepping into the industry immediately after graduation from university. I joined Concept 3 months ago to develop their international arm of business. I enjoy being able to provide assistance to A-Playing Sales talent from all corners of the globe in their search for a new role, and look to add value at every stage of the process.

Why Concept?

The resource Concept put into younger Consultants was evident from day one and is what drew me to the organisation. Providing extensive training into all aspects of recruitment has provided me with a platform to grow my desk and become a more rounded and successful Consultant.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy playing 5-a-side and 7-a-side football in a local league, as well as watching Stoke City FC lose most weekends. Beyond this I enjoy learning new tunes on the Piano, engaging a part of my brain that is usually dormant.
