Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.

I've been with Concept just under 2 with experience working as a contract consultant within the IT industry. I have built a great market within the SC & DV cleared space whilst working with Central Government & Defence customers both direct & through 3rd party businesses.

Why Concept?

I joined Concept due to being approached to come and join the business. I was originally happy at my previous business but from the outside looking in, Concept carried themselves in a great way & had a great culture which I picked up on from my first meeting. I have had full autonomy to grow, learn & overall be a better consultant in a market place I am passionate about.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Going to the gym is probably the best escape for me but including Date nights with the Mrs and nights out with the lads.

If you were a film character who would you be?

Not from a film but I would be Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders, relentless and has an insane work ethic.
