CSI provide IT solutions across Infrastructure, Applications and Cyber Security from their Midlands and London offices and employs around 200 people. With a three-year roadmap of strategic acquisitions as part of a recent private equity investment, they found themselves in the position of having to make multiple technology hires within very tight timescales.

Following the acquisition of a Digital Transformation Solutions business, CSI were required to hire a significant range of skilled tech professionals within a short timescale. They needed to onboard the new recruits with a rapid knowledge transfer being of paramount importance.
During an initial meeting, Concept proposed a Managed Service, that would fully support the CSI team through the entire recruitment process and meet their hiring objectives within very tight timescales.
